New Construction Team to Assist Spokane Builders and Developers.

 

     Kathy Pierson-Schultz announced today the formation of Exit Construction Division,  an LLC comprised of 10 realtors located at the offices of Exit Real Estate - Jones and Associates, 421 S. Division.  Exit Construction Division (ECD) effectively combines the efforts of 10 agents, vs a single agent.  This unique marketing approach allows each agent to retain autonomy for their individual clients, while combining the efforts of the group for major projects like multi-family residential and single family residential home neighborhoods.   "We think builders and developers working in Spokane will appreciate the cooperative efforts of 10 agents.  No one else can offer this same level of service and commitment," reports Pierson-Schultz.  Ed Hudson and Helen Jewitt are acting Co-Chairs of the Executive Committee.
